Apple software updates for Nov. 21

Ergonis Software has released PopChar X 4.1.1, an update of the tool for finding and typing special characters. The maintenance release works around a problem with inserting characters in FreeHand 10 and contains a number of fixes for user-reported issues, particularly unexpected termination of PopChar when collapsing or expanding Unicode groups.
Cooliris for the iPhone, which offers a way to browse media-rich web content on the go, has been updated to version 1.2, which adds YoutTube support. It’s available at the Apple App Store.
Humble Daisy has released a beta version of ProfCast 2.3.0. ProfCast is a tool for recording and distributing lectures, special events, and presentations as podcasts. It includes a variety of improvements and bug fixes.
Adobe has updated Photoshop.com, the online destination that provides users with a solution for editing, managing, storing, and sharing photos online.
Vela Design Group has announced VelaClock 1.3 for the iPhone and iPod touch. VelaClock is a world clock that can quickly display the time of sunrise, sunset, three kinds of twilight for dawn and dusk, moonrise, moonset, duration of daylight, moon phase and tilt, date and times for the next four moon phases, countdown to the next sunrise or sunset, and more. Version 1.3 lets users add a “Current Location” place to their list of cities, adds a Home Location place and offers updated Daylight Saving Time rules for Argentina, Brazil, Mauritius and Syria.
Synium Software as released version 1.0.6 of Screenium, a screen capture tool to record the current contents of your screen as a movie, including system audio and an optional spoken audio track recorded from your microphone. This update brings a number of enhancements, most notably the addition of support for multiple cameras that can now be used alternatingly as sources for the iSight picture-in-picture. Also, Screenium is now localized in French and Italian (apart from English and German) and has received some performance and stability tweaks.
Freeverse has updated Moto Chaser, the racing game for the iPhone and iPod touch, to version 1.3. It adds “Arcade” steering, which reduces oversteering without compromising sensitivity, allowing for easier navigation of your motorcycle around hairpin turns. Freeverse has also updated its Burning Monkey Casino and Flick Bowling games.
Equinux has released iSale 5.2.2, the latest version of the eBay auction tool. It’s a maintenance update.
Tri-Edre has updated its Tri-BackUp utility for Mac OS X to version 5.1.2. The upgrade offers bug fixes and some performance tweaks.
Celmaro has released Webbla 1.2.1, an update of the visual bookmark library for Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”). It’s a maintenance update.
Nuclear Nova Software has updated GL Golf a 3D golfing game, to version 2.1.9, which adds a new 18-hole course.
