Dare to be Creative has released Yum 3.0, an update of the recipe manager for Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”). Yum is a recipe and cook book manager that allows users to organize recipes into categories, assign ratings, print with custom layouts and create shopping lists from a recipe’s ingredients.
The new version is the first official release since Yum’s recent acquisition by Dare to be Creative and sports a new user interface. The new interface resembles that of the Mac OS X built-in Address Book application.
Yum 3.0 is Universal Binary so runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. It’s US$19.95; a demo is available at the Yum web site.
